Delivery Policy

At The Daily Stem, we take great care to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful. Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout, and we’ll always do our best to place them somewhere safe and shaded.

If no shaded area is available, our driver will leave your flowers in the safest possible location with reasonable visibility to the property. This helps keep your flowers protected while ensuring they can be easily found.

If you have a preferred delivery spot — such as a back porch, veranda, or neighbour’s doorstep — please let us know when placing your order or contact us at centralotagoflowers@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If delivery cannot be safely completed (for example, if there is no secure place to leave the flowers or access is restricted or there is a threat of danger to the delivery person), your order will be returned, and we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

All flowers are wet-wrapped to keep them hydrated and reduce wilting during transport. However, once delivered, we can’t guarantee the flowers’ condition if they’re left in direct sunlight or exposed to heat for extended periods.

We recommend bringing your flowers inside as soon as possible and following our Flower Care Guide to help them last longer.
