We take great care in growing and creating fresh, beautiful flowers for every order. As flowers are a natural and perishable product, small imperfections or changes can occasionally appear after delivery.
If your blooms don’t arrive in their best condition, or if they haven’t lasted at least three days, please get in touch within 48 hours and include a photo of your flowers. We’ll happily review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or credit.
Our goal is always to ensure you’re delighted with your flowers.
Flower Care
To help your flowers last as long as possible, follow these simple steps:
Start with a clean vase and fresh water.
Trim stems on an angle before placing them in water, and recut every 2–3 days.
Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioning, or fruit — which releases ethylene gas that shortens vase life.
Change the water every couple of days to keep blooms fresh and hydrated.
A little care goes a long way — and helps your flowers stay beautiful for longer.
